India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 sets strict standards for user consent management, data minimization, and automated data deletion.

In our software engineering practice at InfynoSpark, we implement cryptographically isolated tenant schemas. User PII is encrypted at rest using AES-256 GCM keys stored in AWS KMS. Biometric template hashes are never saved as raw images; instead, we store non-reversible 512-bit feature vector fingerprints.

This architectural pattern guarantees full compliance for hospitals, universities, and commercial facilities operating across Maharashtra and Pan-India.
